The new client-agency relationship can be an exciting time for both parties. However, it’s essential to make sure business and agency build a solid partnership from the very start 🎯 In short, at Feeds we reach that by keeping an open and transparent communication. But make sure you read our checklist of what we at Feeds do in the beginning of our relationship with the business 👇🏻
1️⃣ First of all, we get to know the business. Why do you want to advertise on Facebook? Do you have any experience with FB Ads? What were the results? For some businesses Facebook may not be an appropriate platform to advertise on and we suggest another solution, e.g. LinkedIn.
2️⃣ We want to learn about their product or service, competition, USP, etc. as much as possible. If the agency doesn’t ask you this sort of questions, then don’t waste your time, come to Feeds. Asking questions (even if sometimes too many questions) is crucial. It helps the agency to create a right strategy for the brand, and for business getting answers to their questions is the chance to make sure their brand is in good hands.
3️⃣ We identify goals and set KPIs. It’s highly important to discuss and agree on numbers based on which the agency performance is going to be evaluated.
4️⃣ The foundation of successful partnership is communication. Therefore, it’s vital to answer all the questions promptly, keep the deadlines (and promises 😛), and take the initiative (at the end of the day both business and agency are interested to get best results possible). Important - all of the above mentioned applies to both parties!
5️⃣ We inform the business about the steps of our partnership in detail and discuss areas of responsibility. We introduce the team that will work on the project and make sure the business knows about the working schedule, deadlines, finances, etc.
6️⃣ After all of this, we start our regular work on the advertising for the business. All the creatives, ad messages and changes to the strategy are subject to approval by the business.
Oh, phew! That’s all for today. We hope this was useful 💥
