We’re looking for an energetic, organised and positive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have some previous experience as an office manager and some bookkeeping knowledge. An interest in marketing and account management is a plus.
The applicant must be Czech and fluent in English.
This is a part time position starting in mid August.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Quantitative and qualitative skills.
- Multitasking
- Experience with bookkeeping is a plus. - Proficiency with Google Drive
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus, but not a requirement.
Duties:
Office Management
- Taking care of the office and office supplies
- Creating, helping with creation of agreements and needed documentation
- Helping to look for the new collaborators
- Issuing invoices, payment reminders, etc
- Help creating proposals for clients
- Working with our Project Managers to keep track of projects finances
- Working with our accountant to organise monthly bank statements, cashbox, etc.
- Organize team building activities
Marketing/Online Marketing
- Internal marketing and business development
- Supervising writers/collaborators to keep our blog updated and potentially writing some blog posts
- Managing monthly newsletters thru Mailchimp, updating social media platforms
