No racism, no violence, no homophobia. Yes kindness, yes peace, yes equality. So steht es seit unserer Firmengründung vor 5 Jahren auf unserer Website. Aus Gründen. Denn als queeres und frauengeführtes Unternehmen ist der allgegenwärtige Rechtsruck nichts, was wir als Statistinnen von der Seitenlinie aus beobachten, sondern etwas, das wir jeden Tag am eigenen Leibe erfahren. The struggle is real!

Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, auch im Businesskontext eine klare Position zu beziehen und sowohl für unsere Mitarbeitenden als auch Partner:innen einen diskriminierungsfreien Safer Space zu bieten, in dem wir uns alle wohlwollend und respektvoll begegnen. Zu unserem Human First Mindset gehört unter anderem nämlich genau das! Traut euch. Seid lieb.

Another year has passed and same-sex love is still illegal in 69 countries. In 15 countries homosexuality is even a subject to death penalty. Is this frustrating? Yes. Does it feel like society is stuck in some kind of dark state of mind that envies people’s love? Sometimes. Will we stop talking about it until that changed for good? Absolutely not! We all belong here. We are all equal. We are one.

Piff, pöff, V***e! Wir haben wieder einen rausgehauen. Dieses Mal für unsere Freund:innen von Pink Pepper Studios. Das Briefing? Haben wir in einer Co-Kreation gemeinsam erarbeitet: Einmal alles mit Zwiebeln und scharf.

Gestartet sind wir Anfang des Jahres mit einem holistischen Brand Workshop und haben in insgesamt 3 Sessions alle Register der New-Work-Agile-Design-Thinking-Human-Centered-Coaching-Kiste gezogen. Wir haben erkundet und hinterfragt, verdichtet und positioniert, gezeichnet und gestikuliert. Was dabei rauskam?

Happy International Women’s Day! But wait… It´s 2022 and we still have to talk about gender equality? Are we caught in a time loop? Seems as if the record is stuck!

With our campaign we are calling attention to the gaps and inequalities by sticking our finger into the wound once again.

In collaboration with our friends from STRAIGHT Magazine and Macherinnen Netzwerk we created 12 different campaign motifs that highlight the status quo with striking facts.

Our special thanks goes to Ströer Media who supported us with their OOH spaces for the campaign.

The campaign is calling attention to the topic of gender equality by highlighting the status quo with 12 striking facts in terms of career issues.
