Our Berlin Team Leads had the great opportunity to visit our colleagues in Venlo 🇳🇱 and it wasn't a monotonous working day! After an exciting presentation and an important safety briefing (yes, the helmets were really necessary!), we went on an exploratory tour of our impressive production stations. There were not only fascinating insights and lots of new knowledge. 💡

Of course, team building didn't fall by the wayside either. 👐 We had lots of laughs and exciting conversations.
It's great that the Berlin and Venlo sites are working together! We'd love to do it again! 💙

Our PRIDE ERG put together an incredible month of events, initiatives and activities to celebrate and observe PRIDE 2024. This year's theme was "Reflect, Empower, Unite" which embodies our collective journey - honoring the past, celebrating the present, and building a more inclusive future.

An event was also planned at the Berlin office, as part of the Berlin CSD. 🙌

🏆Proud of our ! On Friday, November 10th, we owned the indoor arena and secured the 4th spot out of 18 teams at the company football tournament! ⚽️💪 A passionate performance and team spirit took us all the way to the semi-finals. 🌟 Even though we didn't bring the trophy home, we carry the victory of collaboration and fun in our hearts. 🙌🎉 Thanks to everyone who was part of this unforgettable event!
