Born and based in Berlin, Yana La Fae is a branding, events and communications specialist who incorporates a unique Flow approach to everything she touches. Together with a team of digital natives, she supports companies and organisations in digital transformation processes. From strategising your brand’s media activities, to organising corporate workshops and yoga retreats, Yana believes that successfully incorporating Flow into business and everyday life can bring about happiness, satisfaction and sustainable growth.

A yoga teacher by training (Yoga Alliance), Yana spent six years in Southeast Asia between Singapore and Bali. Her experience is deeply intertwined with her practice today, where her goal is to encourage people to live and communicate more consciously and integrate holistic practices into their everyday lives.

Yana graduated with a Bachelors degree in Journalism & Corporate Communications and wrote her Positive Psychology thesis on ‘Flow at Work’. Her professional work experience includes running an events company since 2004, gaining work experience in an advertising agency, doing business development & digital consulting in Southeast Asia and working in the PR department for a green technology firm.
