Plural Media Services

Plural Media Services Financing independent media in Africa, Middle East and Central Asia. Plural is kick-starting markets for private media advertising in post-conflict regions.

This allows local print, radio, and television media to become more independent from political and religious groups and it enables companies from around the world to support pluralistic societies through their advertising budget. Plural is working through a grassroots research and advertising agency that is dramatically lowering entry-barriers into the fragmented and under-researched media markets in post-conflict regions.

Today I met Amani Eltunsi in Diwan Bookstore in Zamalek. She is the founder of the web based radio Girls Only (banat9bass). She participated in Plural last year's workshop for Fundraising and Media Planning in Cairo.
She is also a writer. Her latest book named "A Girl's Wishes from Tahrir Square". Glad to meet her.
