Salut Laura 👋

Since March 1st, we have a new product manager on board - Laura! We have known her for a while because she applied for the project management position just when we signed the contract with Bianca last year. Furthermore, she's a friend of our designers Angi and Becci.
Laura surprised us with cute little muffins that each had a little flag with a fun fact about herself. She is also a freelance photographer for portraits or even weddings in her free time! So hit her up if that's something you're interested in ;)

We are absolutely thrilled to take our project and product management to the next level with Laura's help.

Welcome Markus 👋

Please welcome Markus - the second full-time remote employee of überdosis! Actually, he was reeled in by our other remote employee Martin. They had worked together for a couple of years before Martin became part of überdosis.
Markus fits right in as a fellow (Star Wars) nerd and father of two. He is a front-end developer, and while we always have two interviews with potential new employees, after the first one, we knew: it's a match! We designed a mug for him with all our faces for his birthday so that he knows we'll always be together. Okay, maybe not always, but one can hope!

In this new year 2022 we say: Welcome back, Lisa!

We are so thankful that Lisa found her way and her way back to us. But why "welcome back"? Lisa was pregnant and just had her second child, and we missed her a lot during her parental leave.

As a senior accountant and fast thinking person, she will lead our back office to the next level. Fun fact: She loves playing video games as we do, which makes her probably the coolest accountant on earth!

Hello everyone, I am Becci! When I'm not designing digital products for überdosis, I'm supporting the non-profit organization Pathly e.V., which supports cancer patients and their loved ones.
Why am I doing this? Because I know how terrifying a cancer diagnosis can be. By creating Pathly, I feel like I'm doing something that really helps. Pathly is supposed to be a platform that supports persons affected by cancer in their everyday life. It is designed to simplify the research for important information and supports useful tips and tricks. We want to be a community that inspires, motivates, and empowers each other.

If you want to support us, you can do so by donating, following us on social media, or telling your friends and family about our project. We also encourage you to talk to others about cancer because that's how we cancel taboos and stigma.
