l've been running performance campaigns for e-commerce brands for years across both German and US markets.

Started in the trenches doing media buying and spent thousands of hours testing campaigns, breaking things, fixing them, learning what actually works versus what sounds good in theory.

Worked with fashion brands, furniture companies, supplements, dating apps, games, and lifestyle products: different industries, same fundamentals.

My approach is simple: diagnose before executing.

Most agencies want to start running campaigns immediately. I do the opposite.

Step 1: Understand the business

What are your actual margins? How does your customer journey work? What's your attribution setup? What have you tried before and why didn't it work?
Half the time, the problem isn't what you think it is.

Step 2: Fix the foundation

Tracking, attribution, unit economics, testing frameworksโ€”the unsexy stuff nobody wants to do but everyone needs.

I don't move to tactics until this is solid.

Step 3: Test systematically

Small bets, learn fast, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does - no guessing.

Step 4: Scale with discipline

Once we know what works, we scale methodically - no panic, no "let's 10x the budget overnight," just steady, compounding growth.

I'm a performance marketing consultant specializing in Meta and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.

Most of my work happens in two phases:

Phase 1 is diagnostic. I look at your tracking setup, attribution model, unit economics, creative strategy, and campaign structure to identify opportunities. Often, there are gaps that aren't obvious from the inside: tracking that's slightly off, margins that haven't been fully calculated, or creative approaches that could be optimized.

Phase 2 is ex*****on. Once we know what needs fixing, I either consult on the strategy or run the campaigns hands-on, depending on what makes sense for your team.

I work across German and US markets: fashion, furniture, health supplements, lifestyle brands. The category matters less than the fundamentals.

What I'm good at:

- Transitioning from brand-only to performance-driven creative
