You’ve been hacked😱
What to do and how to realize that your account is being hacked?
1. Your account is being attacked by bots: no avatar, a set of letters in the name. Und you get a lot of subscription requests from them
2. You need to immediately close the page and delete all subscribed bots (manually❗️)
3. If two-factor authentication is set up, you will receive notifications when someone tries to log into the page. The codes you will receive must not be shared with anyone🙅♀️ Just ignore them. Do not click on any links!
4. Change your password to a very strong one and make sure you have two-factor authentication
5. Never connect any third-party services to your account! There are NO officially Facebook approved unsubscribe programs, chatbots, etc.
This is a very important point, as support will not help you in case of block/restriction. You connected a third-party service - so, it’s your fault☹️
By the way, on many sites of chatbots there are offers - “we are officially authorized by Facebook”. So, this is not true. I personally ask the Support Team every time about these cervices and always get the same answer - such services do not exist😤
6. Hence, the next point follows: there is a danger of blocking. Why?
- Writing one-type messages in a short period of time
- Large number of left reactions
- A lot of new business pages created, and so on.
In case of page-blocking connect Facebook Support Team immediately☝️
These simple rules will help keep your account from being blocked and get it back if hacked.
Be careful🤗
