Probably you have already learned from Instagram gurus that your content should be a mix of educational, entertaining, motivational and inspirational.

✦ How can you implement MOTIVATIONAL content in your content strategy as a coach to
incite your ideal clients to take an action?

♥️To begin with, I adore motivational content type!

The advantages of motivational content:

✹ quite easy and quick to create (e.g. a Reel or single image with a motivational quote);

✹ potentially resonates with a larger audience thus such posts oftentimes tend to have broader reach and even become viral;

✹ a client’s transformation or your own story can be a fantastic piece of motivational content to inspire your audience and motivate them to achieve their goals.

💫 However, if you want to attract potential action-takers who can transform into your coaching clients and not only “ever-lying on the sofa theorists saving motivational posts”,
your content should be problem/desire aware and help your ideal clients solve their pain points.

What to do if your account got stuck not gaining new followers, nor getting new requests…

🔈It might feel like that your IG account has got frozen - your engagement is as loud as Antarctica, you don’t get anymore any new followers, nor new requests despite of all your active efforts.

💫If this happens, you should review your social media & conteng strategy.

Answering this question will help you to refine your strategy:

• Is your content reaching your target audience?

🗝If not, review your content pillars aka the few key topics you are focusing.

• Do your content topics speak to your ideal audience?

🗝If your engagement is low, it might be the case that your followers don’t resonate with what you post.

💡If so, confuct an additional research on your ideal clients portrait and return to the step 1.

• Does your content serve a purpose (e.g. reach, nurture, sell)?

🗝It will be probably too optimistic to expect something from your IG account, if you post “to post” without any purpose.

• Is your brand voice and visual branding original and recognizable?

♥️Consistent and recognizable branding is another important ingredient to a successful biz/ expert account on socials.

🗝Try to elaborate minimal branding guidelines or ask help from a branding expert.

• Have you been implementing your strategy consistently?

📣If your Instagram symptoms are slow and inconsistent sales or no sales at all, you should first find out the reason for the problem to make a precise diagnosis and proceed to the right treatment.

Firstly, you should answer the following questions:

• Does your biz account attract your ideal audience?

• Does your audience genuinely engage with your content?

• Does your biz account reflect your brand’s values and mission?

• Are you comfortable with the content in your biz account?

• Are you consistently posting about your key topics?

• Do you consistently showcase your products or speak about your services?

♥️If you answered YES to all of the questions, you are doing it all right it just takes time to grow your account and nurture your prospects.

💡If you have answered NO to some of the questions, you should review and when necessary change your content strategy.

💻When it is you who has to run your biz, there is always an overwhelming amount of tasks on your table. If you add there your accounts on different social media platfroms, it is really stressful and tiring to keep up with everything. That’s when content creation becomes a burden.

💡How to swift your content creation from stress to fun?

Just the same as for a private account when you post pics from your holidays and chat with friends.

• On your PRIVATE ACCOUNT you genuinely share smth what you like or what you are excited about.

✨Crafting content for your BIZ ACCOUNT, you create for your audience aka potential customers. BUT this does not exclude that these topics should resonate with YOU and YOUR BRAND.

Especially if you are a service based biz owner and you suffer writing long educational captions about the topics you personally find boring, then your audience will feel the lack of spark in your content and will be less engaged.

🗝 Instead, write about what will resonate with your audience and YOU just the way you speak, and you will see the difference.

• On your PRIVATE ACCOUNT you joyfully chat with your friends and on the BIZ you try to “catch customers.”

🗝What if you also try to approach your followers not (only) as potential customers but also friends (say online friends)? It’s social media after all. When you are not pushing sales but genuinely showing interest in your conversations and speak about your services without the stress of closing a deal, you will sound more natural and inspiring for the people to work with you/ buy your products.

💫I bet that after reading all tips&tricks about getting viral and unbelievable success stories, you were also secretly hoping that after that viral reel/carousel went viral, you would make dream sales!

📣So let me alert you: !Unpopular opinion!📣

Going viral on Instagram won’t bring you more cash for your biz! If your goal is different from becoming famous on social but growing your biz, making sales, and nurturing a loyal audience then virality should not be your goal.

💡In many occasions viral content brings you only tons of views and some grams of random followers who are far away from your ideal audience aka potential clients.

You will ask me: And what about reach? Sure, you do need “reach” to “reach” your ideal customers but most important you have to be able to sell your offers/products/services with your content on socials.

And here comes the tough love. If your content does not speak to your ideal clients, you won't be able to close sales even when you have thousands of followers.

🗝If you haven’t done it yet, define your customer's portrait and post your coherent intentionally:

• address your Ideal customers with their problems, their struggles, and wins, and their desires.

• Speak clearly about your offer and add a clear Call to Action (one or max 2, don’t confuse people with 4 CTAs or even 5 when you get especially creative).

Why did I decide to start my biz?

📣Spoiler alert! I am not sharing personal content that often!

Being freshly graduated with an excellent academic degree in international law, I unexpectedly decided to leave jurisprudence and build my career in sales and marketing.

Nobody has expected from me that after 8 years in corporate in 3 different countries, I would venture to jump into entrepreneurship.

After having asked so often “why? are you sure? aren't you afraid of instability?”etc I deeply analysed my decision.

Because one thing is when you know what you want and what you are striving for and another is to understand why.

Soooo… Having worked in different multinational companies I missed one thing…

No, it was not the “work-life-balance”…I missed the flexibility and agility in taking biz decisions.
I craved for more freedom to create my own biz on my own terms, implement my thousand ideas and assume all the necessary decisions to make it thrive.
Having said this, it doesn't mean that I wasn’t anxious or afraid.

My first biz venture was a project with a friend in an event industry. Second, together with my husband we founded a separate company for online and hubris events.
💫And then, in 2022 Uconnect marketing agency was born as a result of all my previous experiences.
