The world’s best big wave surfers took on 45–60 ft giants at Praia do Norte, Nazaré 🌊💥

Thousands of fans lined the cliffs for the TUDOR NAZARÉ Big Wave Challenge, while we caught the spectacle remotely from our studio. Moments like this can’t be planned, they’re dictated by nature.

The inquiry came in at the last minute, which is simply the nature of this spectacular sport. We didn’t hesitate for a second and made it happen thanks to a great team effort with 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

We covered their athletes and the spectacular action during a spontaneous weekend shift. Little time to prep, no problem 🫡 just epic waves and instant action!

In 2025, we continued to elevate its global media footprint through creative output strategies, complex host broadcasting solutions (with host production company Bigshot Media and technical streaming provider Teradek), and a bold distribution vision.

👥 Our team of project managers, editors, camera operators, and journalists on-site were responsible for exclusive pre- and mid-race content creation. Daily news cuts, online & social media clips, 26-minute daily highlight shows and LIVE feeds were produced and distributed to international media partners. 🌍

2025 is off to an epic start with the finest freestyle and freeride action on the planet! ❄️🔥

We celebrated the 10th anniversary of the OPEN in style, featuring mind-blowing Slopestyle riding and historic Halfpipe night finals with tricks never seen before. 🏂✨

Meanwhile, our partnership with the Nendaz Backcountry Invitational and their main sponsor ‘The North Face“, led to an intensified collaboration. Riders turned the Swiss Alps into their playground, landing a first-ever triple backflip in a men’s comp and a double backflip in a women’s comp.⛷️🏔️

On top, the Open Faces Freeride Series kicked off another exciting season, highlighted by the Freeride Junior World Championships—the ultimate stage for the stars of tomorrow. 🌟
