10 Years Later. A Moment of Gratitude.

This week, something quietly beautiful happened.

Two Viber events came to life in Athens — a Press Breakfast in the morning, and a Brand Event in the evening. And somewhere between media lists, content checks, rehearsals, soundchecks, hugs, and laughs… I paused.

Because this wasn’t just another day of work.

Exactly 10 years ago, I met (Nasko) Raykov and Daniela Ivanova at a little café in Kolonaki. I was 8 months pregnant. Viber was just beginning its journey into the Greek market. And from the very first moment, it just clicked — an exchange full of energy, ideas, and real connection. It was then when it all started.

In 2017, we organized the first-ever Viber brand event in Greece — hosted at the newly opened Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, and among the very first events ever held there.
A bold new and iconic space in Athens… and a bold step into the digital landscape for Viber. Symbolic in every way.
It was there I met Cristina Constandache — someone whose presence and energy left a lasting impression on me from the very first moment with a meaningful collaboration built on trust, clarity, and effortless flow.

Fast forward to today…

✨ At the media breakfast, the team announced 2 major product launches:
• 💼 The upcoming Viber Ads Manager
• 💜 The official rollout of Viber Dating in Greece

✨ In the evening, Viber Summer Connect 2025 welcomed colleagues, partners into a celebration that was bold, fresh, and unmistakably Viber — human at its core.

Side by side organizing these events with the Viber team — was pure joy and a deep honor. Every detail handled with care, love, and intention.

And as I looked around, I felt this wave of gratitude.

Because since that first coffee, Viber has grown into the most loved messaging app in Greece — and I’ve had the privilege to grow alongside it.
With the brand, with the people, through the ever-evolving teams — and through all the wins, shifts, challenges and even pandemics that shape real, long-term partnerships.

It’s never felt like “just work.”
It’s a bond. A journey. A part of me.

To the entire Viber family — some of you from day one, others who joined along the way — thank you.
For the trust. For the shared vision. For every step of this ride.

I know this might not read like your typical LinkedIn post it is long and emotional BUT authentic! After a full decade, I dare to say it in my own Stella kind of way.

Emotional Intelligence: The Superpower Behind the Scenes

It’s the ability to be aware of your emotions, to regulate them, to understand what drives you — and to relate to others with empathy and clarity.

Dr. Joe Dispenza often talks about how our thoughts and emotions shape our reality. Emotional intelligence is exactly that awareness in action. When we become conscious of our patterns, our triggers, and the stories we tell ourselves — we step out of autopilot and into true creation.

EQ isn’t just about being “nice” or “in control.”
It’s about coherence between the heart and brain.
It’s about leading with presence.
It’s about transforming reactivity into response — and chaos into clarity.

And in a time when AI can do the thinking, emotional intelligence is what will set humans apart.

A year ago, I was invited for an interview with Women in Digital—and now, with the rebranding of my agency, the timing felt perfect to reflect on and share my journey.

✨ Growing up in Germany, studying and working there, and now building my life and business in Greece, I’m beyond grateful for a career that aligns with my passions and skills. Over 24 years, I’ve experienced incredible milestones—but also moments of doubt, setbacks, and challenges.

🤍 Balancing motherhood with two newborns, breastfeeding,family life, countless sleepless nights and entrepreneurship was no small feat. But those challenges shaped me, taught me resilience, and fueled my growth.

🤝 I owe so much to the people who have been part of this journey: my incredible mentor and co-founder Christiane Hensel-Gatos, my amazing clients, and the inspiring individuals I’ve met along the way. Their support, trust, and collaboration have been invaluable.

I'm thrilled to share the amazing success of the event our dedicated team organized on behalf of our year-long and respected client, Rakuten Viber. 🎉

At this remarkable event, top-notch executives Ritesh Shah, VP of FinTech and Business Solutions, and Atanas(Nasko) Raykov (Nasko) Raykov, VP of Growth at Rakuten Viber, introduced Viber's self-serve business account, an innovative solution to empower local small and micro-businesses and support them in their journey to thrive.
