The new digital experience offers users a direct and intuitive entry point into the world of Wullkopf & Eckelmann. Content is presented with clarity, while interactions are used with purpose. As a playful detail, an interactive compass following the cursor adds a memorable layer to the user experience.

The newly designed site structure allows users to quickly understand the full range of services. The off-canvas menu creates clear navigation and seamless access to all content – especially on mobile devices.

A range of custom-developed tools and forms turns the website into an active interface between the brand and its customers.

Wullkopf & Eckelmann is a family-owned real estate company based in Hamburg. Its services range from valuation, sales, and leasing to the management of residential and commercial properties, as well as the support of project development. They are firmly rooted in the Hamburg real estate market.

Developed through collaborative workshops with employees from across the company, a clear brand strategy emerged. It connects strong roots in Hamburg’s west with an open, forward-thinking mindset: Wullkopf & Eckelmann serves as a compass, providing clear direction. As designers, we rely 100% on our eyesight! 👀 At our first team event in 2026, we could no longer rely on it. In “Dialog im Dunkeln,” we spent over an hour navigating various scenarios in complete darkness, working as a team to make sure no one got left behind. The experience gave us a glimpse into the world of blind people—we’d like to say thank you! 💫
