The band's upcoming album "Misères" arrives October 9 on Vendetta Records!

In case you missed the news, the trio of talents from Austria and Québec who joined together to form Détresse will have a new album released next month by Vendetta Records. We've premiered one ravishing song from it already, and today we're bringing you another one -- the song "Les Nuits Jaunes," which features guest vocals and lyrics by Vestal from the French black metal band Merrimack. German Alternative Metal act GRID THEORY has unveiled "Silent Echoes", the latest single from its forthcoming debut album "The Rewire", set for release on November 27.

Mastermind Jorma Schüch comments about the song: "This track dives into the haunting feeling of dealing with unspoken words and emotional distance. Musically, it blends atmospheric alternative elements with a heavy, driving rhythm section to mirror the inner tension of the lyrics."

In September Vendetta Records will release a new album by the German black metal band Boötes Void. Titled "Panta Rhei," it is thematically based upon the ideas of the pre-Socratic Greek philosopher Heraclitus, with each song expressing a different theme that builds toward the title song -- which we're premiering now. The song itself reflects a cycle of change through contrasts -- it is often vast and harrowing but also gentle and mesmerizing, it sounds desperate and despairing but also hopeful.
