HM 465: a versatile production crimper for extra-large fittings.

The successor to the HM 450 and HM 480: our HM 465. With a force of 4000 kN / 400 t and an opening of 380 mm, you can now process heavy or extra-large fittings and high-pressure hoses with just one machine. With a master die length of 150 mm and an opening travel of + 150 mm, the HM 465 is able to crimp 8" ANSI flanges or even up to 12" industrial pipe fittings without removing the crimp dies. Thanks to its high crimp force and unsurpassed accuracy, the HM 465 meets the stringent requirements for perfectly processing high-pressure hose fittings and insulators. The particularly compact and energy-efficient unit, operating at just 5.5 kW, saves an enormous amount of space thanks to its special Hilo hydraulic system and can be completely integrated into the machine. The ability to press from both sides and the fixed 6 o'clock die make operation particularly ergonomic. Clean slide bearing technology and stable construction make the HM 465 one of the best investments on the market. To ensure you get all the advantages of perfect operability, the versatile HM 465 comes exclusively with the modern IPC.

Corrugated metal hoses from cutting to welding without injury and faster then ever

The unique planetary cutting machine USC 10 from UNIFLEX cuts corrugated metal hoses and PTFE hoses from 6 to 51 mm without any splicing and risk of injuries! Thanks to rounded cutting edges, no trimming ist needed anymore and can be send directly to the welding station. This simplifies the manufacturing process, protects the assembler from injury, and saves a lot of time per hose.

Step by step to the “perfect” circular shape: It’s easy and gentle.

Everyone knows a perfect circle only exists in theory. However, if the perfectly round shape of a crimped workpiece is important to you, look no further than our IPC control function: Multistep, the interval forming program for step crimping, with more time for material movement. So a workpiece can be rotated by, for example, 22.5° between stages, the machine opens briefly and then crimps the next step. This feature is available in both measure and pressure modes. For each intermediate value, the machine opens slightly according to the entered value.

EM 120 – For nice, clean cuts of up to 3” R 15 hoses in only 7 seconds

The UNIFLEX EM 120 is the first fully electric hose-cutting machine for hydraulic and industrial hoses with outside diameters up to 135 mm. The hose is pre-bent and locked while the blade is moving up through the hose. Via IPC for Industry 4.0 or IoT, the operator just needs to enter the diameter. The machine recognizes the different kinds of hoses and regulates the feed by itself. The result? An optimized flat cut without tear marks. UNIFLEX recommends using the UVC 100 or UVC 50 suction and filter device while operating the EM 120.
