Hose skiving with the USM 10 – precise & efficient!

The USM 10 series ensures perfect hose preparation with 0.37 kW power, 110 rpm speed, left/right rotation, and an ergonomic foot switch. It skives hoses from 5/8" to 2", both inside & outside, using engineered skiving blades for an easy remove of the rubber cover. The USM 10 S allows for quick tool changes, while the USM 10 & USM 10 ecoline offer flexible adjustment. When large flanges and 90° elbow fittings enter the picture, things can get tight. Not with the UNIFLEX SH 10 i
and SH 10 i XL.

Their large opening gives you the space you need:
+45 mm with the SH 10 i
+61 mm with the SH 10 i XL

Long master dies handle 90° elbow fittings up to 2“. And thanks to greaseless slide-bearing technology,

HM 245 – Precision Crimping for Complex Automotive Hose Assemblies

The HM 245 is designed for precise and reliable crimping of automotive hose assemblies. Its open throat, C-Form crimping tool head enables the radial feeding of complex hose lines and 90° fittings.
With 750 kN (75 t) of crimping force, a maximum crimping range of 70 mm, and optional Pressure Force Control (PFC), the HM 245 provides flexibility for demanding crimping applications.

Measure, press, save: Quality assurance made easy

Check your production hoses quickly and reliably with our new Bluetooth caliper. Just plug the USB adapter into the USB port on the controller, set the values and off you go. The machine controller and caliper connect automatically, no installation required.

With the caliper and machine controller connected, you can set tolerance values, sampling frequency and up to 12 measuring points. It's easy to use: measure, press, measure, press ... just follow the measuring instructions. You can also see the results immediately: green for good, red for bad. If the measurement is skipped or incorrect, the process is stopped. It makes perfect sense, doesn’t it? Recognizing deviations early not only saves time, but also vastly increases quality. Plus, your QM department is happy because it's less work for them!

The measuring function is included as standard in all of our C2 and IPC controls. All you have to do is purchase the caliper including the USB adapter as an accessory.
