💻✨ Remote Work, Real Connections

Since the start of the pandemic, we've fully embraced remote work. Our incredible team is spread across Europe, collaborating seamlessly across borders on shared projects.

But what makes our culture truly special is our quarterly in-person gatherings at the headquarters in Karlsruhe. Every three months, we come together—not just for face-to-face meetings, but to strengthen bonds beyond work. Shared lunches, after-work drinks, bowling nights, and cooking events bring us closer as a team.

At our most recent gathering, we were in for a treat, as our boss stepped into the kitchen and served us an authentic Swiss raclette! Moments like these remind us that collaboration and connection fuel not only our work but our sense of belonging.

In terms of games, I like story-driven ones the most, followed by indie games and first-person shooters, and I love modifying games.”
