Mid-year reset. We didn‘t quite get the start to 2024 we planned or wanted but that‘s been the patten of the last few years, so I guess that‘s just how we roll. Change of scenery and half work/half rest days ahead. It‘s strange to be here without Lola 🐾💔

I never thought I’d be running with my brother on the trails in our back garden but that’s what happened in December as part of an ‘almost’ perfect family Christmas🎄

I promised mum i’d make sure he was ok, but something has clearly gone terribly wrong. The absolute di****ad has signed us both up for two half marathons: Cambridge 🇬🇧and Berlin 🇩🇪so we have a lot of work to do very quickly😬👊
