🎬 HOW TO: Assemble Your Bike (Step-by-Step)

95% of your bike is already assembled… but these steps are critical.

📦 1. UNBOX
* Carefully remove the bike from the box
* Remove all packaging

🚴 2. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
* Insert the wheel correctly into the fork
* Secure using quick release or thru axle
* Tighten firmly
👉 A loose wheel is dangerous — always double check.

🔧 3. FIX THE HANDLEBAR
* Align it perfectly with the front wheel
* Tighten bolts evenly (cross pattern)
👉 Make sure it’s straight — this affects your control.

🛑 4. CHECK BRAKES (VERY IMPORTANT)
* Spin the wheel
* Pull brake levers
* Ensure proper stopping power
👉 “Never skip this step.

⚙️ 5. CHECK BOLTS & TORQUE
* Check stem bolts
* Check seatpost clamp
* Check wheel tightness
👉 Tight is not enough — secure is safe.

🚀 6. FINAL CHECK + FIRST RIDE
* Do a quick visual inspection
* Take a short test ride
👉 “Now your bike is ready — ride safe.”

📲
Save this before assembling your bike.
