Hey folks, we had to disable Fedex shipping options for the webshop as we can no longer book pickups for the remaining year.

That unfortunately means that customers from the USA will have to wait until January 2026 to order again.

Customers from all other countries can still order normally, but only DHL will be available.

As soon we can book pickups again, we will make another post here.

For our customers from the United States: Due to the De Minimis import restrictions, DHL suspended shipping for companies to the United States & Puerto Rico.
If you are going to order, the only option for shipping to the United States is Fedex. Please be aware of potentially higher shipping prices and import duties.

Vom 14. bis zum 25. Juli wird es keinen Email-Support geben. Vom 28. Juli bis 8. August werden keine Bestellungen verschickt.

Ab dem 11. August werden wir wieder normal im Büro sein.

Auch wir nutzen das neue DHL Kleinpaket als Nachfolger der Warenpost. Dementsprechend haben wir unsere Versandkosten angepasst.

Der Versand mit bis zu 1kg Warengewicht kostet bei uns 5,20€ ohne Mwst, im Gegensatz zu den vorher aufgerufenen 4,95€ ohne Mwst.

It's 2025 and with that, we have to once again anounce some changes regarding shipping. We can now offer DHL Warenpost International Premium for our customers abbroad. This service will be used for smaller items that fit into our standard "pizza box" cardboard packaging, up until 1kg.

This now also means, that customers only ordering a simple water slide sheet or paint masks will no longer have to pay for a DHL parcel. For example, a 1kg Warenpost Premium parcel will cost only €24 to ship to the United States, in comparison to €35 for the same but as a DHL Package.

DHL Warenpost Premium still offers tracking, but is only limited to €20 liability.

Therefor, if customers abroad order Rub-On sheets we will still use DHL tracking to to the higher insurance on potential lost parcels.
