When you understand the climate around your business both internally and externally it can give you a push in the right direction when planning your objectives.

♦️ Your objectives should be based on your data.

When creating your objectives you not only make them based on previous data, but you make them measurable with key performance indicators that make it easy to see your progress.

♦️ Your objectives should be based on your audience.

If you can understand your target audience then you can dive deeper into truly identifying their interests and motivations, and planning offers and services based around that.

✨How do you create a system that serves your customer?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​📢Know what steps your customers or potential leads need to take to work with you.

Outline the process your customers or leads are currently taking. If you are just starting out outline all the steps your customers need to take to get started or continue working with you. This allows you to see where you can communicate with them effectively along the way.

📢Give them step-by-step instructions and let them know what to expect.

Don’t leave them hanging after they purchase or sign up to work with you. Have an email ready or an onboarding doc ready to go. Let them know what they can expect moving forward. If you're pulling in a new lead, make sure you have follow-ups ready to go.

📢Follow up with them and get their feedback.

It’s a good rule of thumb to check in with your customers to see how they are doing after 2 weeks to 30 days of work together, maybe sooner depending on the service. If you automate this process and attach a feedback form this allows you to make sure your service or product is providing them with the satisfaction they need.

That’s it! It helps to make your system customer-centric, so that you are truly providing the best service you can to your current and future customers.
