From a very young age, you must have heard that you can do whatever you desire. That nothing is hard to achieve. It is true but only if you learn to manage one thing - your imagination.

See, your thoughts are a reflection of you. If you think you can achieve a task, well you most likely can. Similarly, if you reckon something is beyond you, even if it is not, it now will become far-fetched because that is what you have manifested in your mind.

Put simply, this means that employees are excited to come to work each day and are engaged and motivated to accomplish their tasks.

This is achieved by creating the right conditions that elicit positive emotions, the right dose of passion, and ultimately the propensity of employees to apply discretion at the workplace.

Employee engagement varies from poor to great and can be cultivated, increased, or lost. To a large extent, employee engagement influences the growth and success of any organization and should be prioritized from the beginning.

So stop worrying about winning the marketplace and start winning at the workplace first.

A business must do what it can, in its power, to possibly maximize its profits.

The most basic responsibility of a business organization is to maximize its profitability not only to attend to the interests of its shareholders but also to participate in the progress of the economy.

The business achieves that by the means of structuring its processes and by doing what it possibly can that lies within the rules of the game.

The success of the business greatly depends on how it uses its resources and how effective it is in its use of the resources. Mastering the usage of the resources is half the battle won.

Countdowns!!! How to work them to your favor?

From taking an order to delivering it, there is a lot that one can do during that time period. Countdowns are a great way of making sure that the customer is excited and that you build upon that excitement. For example - Emailing your customer constantly, keeping him or her updated on the progress of the project could help build on the excitement.

Similarly, sending out snippets of the project or highlighting the key features of the project could increase the customer's curiosity. On the flip side, if the customer has placed an order with you for a service but has not delivered the information in full, using a countdown can infuse a sense of urgency which may also act as a reminder for your customer.
