What a night! The state election in Baden-Württemberg is decided – and .oezdemir together with have emerged as the strongest force.

Over the past months we led the strategy and creative work behind the campaign – but what really made the difference was the incredible team behind it.

Seeing some of the team celebrate the result together at the election night yesterday made this moment even more special.

This month, we’re welcoming Johanna and Indra, who will support our teams for the next six months in two different roles.

Johanna joins our Creative Team as Intern Concept Creative. With fresh ideas and a sharp eye for detail, she supports the development of bold concepts that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. And if there’s one thing you can always count on with Johanna? Enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality. 🤝

Indra strengthens our team as Intern Office Management and keeps the engine running behind the scenes. From welcoming guests and partners, coordinating calls to preparing meeting rooms, organizing suppliers and supporting on-site events – she makes sure everything runs smoothly so everyone else can focus on their craft. 🧚🏻

For , Jung von Matt NECKAR’s Beauty Collective turned the transformation into a House of Brands into a fully AI-generated film - making strategy tangible.

Six brands. Six cinematic universes. One strong visual bracket. 🎬

Together with Artificial Crafts, we built a fully generative production process - from AI-created brand personalities to digital style worlds, seamlessly merging virtual models with real fashion pieces. 👗✨

𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀 🏔️⛷️

This wasn’t just time away - it was time well spent, bringing people together and strengthening what connects us.

For the 13th JvM Brettertour, 127 colleagues from 7 locations - from Hamburg to L.A. - came together in Laax, Switzerland for a few days we won’t forget. Surrounded by endless runs, world-class parks and alpine scenery, Laax gave us the perfect playground. But the real highlights had little to do with vertical meters.

From learning curves on skis and boards to fondue nights, long conversations, the legendary HEKTOR hostel party and daytime rave energy, the weekend became a reminder of what real team building looks like.

Moments like these create what lasts: trust, strong collaboration and a shared culture that goes beyond borders.

For our client the .info, the State Award for Young Companies 2026 is entering its next round - now for the 16th time, together with the State Government of Baden-Württemberg and under the patronage of the Minister-President.

They’re looking for entrepreneurs who want more than just growth: people who combine economic success with responsibility, act sustainably, are socially engaged, and serve as role models for others.

The award honours young companies from Baden-Württemberg that were founded or taken over from 2016 onwards and that develop innovative products and services with heart, vision and drive. Industries? All of them. What matters isn’t the „what“, but the „how“.

On Monday, we shared that appointed Jung von Matt NECKAR with the strategic and creative overall responsibility for the 2026 state election campaign – with .oezdemir as the lead candidate, who will run for Minister-President on March 8.

A strong vote of confidence in our work and our role in political campaigning. Our goal is clear: turn political substance into communication that connects people and brings candidate and party together.
Now it’s time to get to work. March 2026 is on. 🌻
