In 2022, I had the privilege of representing the sale of a premier industrial development site in Somerset, New Jersey, for $19 million. The transaction occurred at the beginning of New Jersey's warehouse development boom, as demand for logistics and distribution facilities surged in the years following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The property consists of approximately 9.5 acres located on highly desirable Davidson Avenue, with immediate access to Interstate 287, one of the region's most important transportation corridors. Together with the adjacent parcel, the site offers the potential for the development of more than 200,000 square feet of industrial space, making it a significant opportunity in one of New Jersey's strongest warehouse and distribution markets.
The sale represented a major milestone for the area and reflected the growing demand from investors and developers seeking strategically located industrial assets throughout Central New Jersey.
