VOK DAMS was founded in 1971 in Wuppertal, Germany, by Vok Dams, the father of Colja Dams, our current CEO since 1998. Starting out as a photography and graphic design studio we are now one of the world’s leading agencies for events and live-marketing. In our 19 offices in Europe, Asia and the USA we constantly develop and deliver pioneering solutions in all matters of events and live-marketing.

Making diversity visible - how AI amplifies quiet voices. 🌈

In event planning, diversity and inclusion often get reduced to broad labels. But real diversity is nuanced - and many perspectives remain unseen: quiet, hesitant, skeptical, or introverted voices that rarely show up in traditional models.

Die Frage hat zuletzt für viel Diskussion gesorgt. Und zeigt vor allem, wie unsicher viele beim Thema Kreativität und KI noch sind.

Ostdeutsches Wirtschaftsforum: Drei Tage voller Impulse, spannender Gespräche und neuer Perspektiven.

Wir freuen uns, das diesjährige Ostdeutsche Wirtschaftsforum begleitet und mitgestaltet zu haben. Das OWF gilt als eine der wichtigsten Plattformen für den Wirtschaftsstandort Ostdeutschland und bringt Menschen zusammen, die aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven auf dieselben Herausforderungen schauen: Vertreter:innen aus Wirtschaft, Politik, Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft. Gerade in Zeiten großer Veränderungen wird dieser Dialog immer wichtiger.

Während auf den Bühnen über Transformation, Innovation und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit diskutiert wurde, entstanden in den Fluren, Lounges und Networking-Bereichen die Gespräche, die neue Perspektiven eröffneten und Verbindungen schufen.

Als Eventagentur ist es nicht nur unsere Aufgabe, Veranstaltungen zu organisieren. Wir schaffen Räume, in denen Ideen auf Entscheidungen treffen und aus Diskussionen konkrete Impulse werden und nachhaltige Wirkung erzeugen.

🏆 Platinum TITAN Award for VOK DAMS x LINKTOUR

Our global brand launch event for LINKTOUR Automotive in Rome has received the Platinum TITAN Award in the category Best Innovation in Brand Communication.

In Rome, we executed the global launch of LINKTOUR’s Alumi and Alumi Elite models. Guests were able to experience the automobiles in interactive brand spaces, during an impressive unveiling, and through two days of test drives in the city’s everyday traffic.

The program combined presentations, product experiences, and personal interactions, including a special moment for LINKTOUR’s first retail partners.

The three-day event was made possible through close collaboration between the VOK DAMS China team and our European team. We are proud of this teamwork.

A. Lange & Söhne x VOK DAMS at Watches and Wonders in Genenva

We are very proud to support A. Lange & Söhne again at Watches and Wonders in Geneva.

Watches and Wonders 2026 once again highlighted what defines excellence in the luxury sector: handcrafted precision, a consistent brand identity, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Together with A. Lange & Söhne, we implemented these values in Geneva as a holistic live experience. From brand presentation and interior design to guest and staff management as well as on-site operations, every element was carefully coordinated to create a seamless setting for meaningful encounters with the brand and its latest innovations.

The show remains a platform for engaging with an international audience of watch enthusiasts, collectors, media and industry experts. Our task was to ensure that every touchpoint supported this exchange through understated elegance, precision, and flawless ex*****on.

We are grateful for the trust placed in us and proud of the close collaboration that defined this project. A heartfelt thank you to A. Lange & Söhne and to our team for the dedication, craftsmanship, and operational excellence that brought this experience to life.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2026 just wrapped up.

A truly European format that brings together millions of people across countries, cultures and languages.

So it only made sense for us to switch to English for this episode.

Together with our colleague Manu Caruso, who experienced the ESC live on site, we take a closer look at what makes events like this so powerful: a shared passion, rituals that grow over time, and the ability to keep surprising people while staying recognizable. 🎶

Gold at the 2026 EX Awards. 🏅

Our project for Clarios, “Experience the Grid,” at CES 2026 was awarded gold at the 2026 EX Awards in the “Best Trade Show Exhibit Under 50 x 50” category.

Instead of a traditional product showcase, the booth became a living energy system centered around an interactive Battery Monolith. As soon as visitors came close, a motion-activated chain reaction triggered bursts of light that traveled through illuminated cable structures and the LED flooring, making invisible energy flows visible and relatable in real time.

Developed and implemented together with Clarios, Iris North America, DreamCraft, Unknown and The 10 Group, the project brought technology, space and storytelling into one integrated experience on site.

We are proud of this success and thank everyone who was involved in bringing this project to life. Congratulations to all!
