Alert alert to all the fashion lovers - there's a stock and sample sale at Rabens Saloner today and tomorrow in Vesterbro!

- Today runs until 7 pm
- Friday from 8 to 5 pm

There’s lots of money to be saved, and they have everything from rain jackets to winter boots and bikinis.

Uh and don’t miss out on their huge “tote” bags, that you can use for storage - only 50 dkk no matter the size.

I overheard that they will open up for interior sales on monday, but if it was just regular business or a sale, I have no clue.

Art lovers stop scrolling - there’s a Gallery opening at Brigade the 16th of september on Vesterbro!

If you haven’t been, we recommend you check out Vesterbro Gallery Brigade, which is a hybrid cafe galleri, where you can enjoy a roasted bean surrounded by loads of art - win-win in our book.

The 16th of September they host an opening with a collection of new artist - we have gathered a sneak peak of the (this time male only artists), but added a selection of the female artists that they also represent.

Passed by the new local art store today and saw this mind blowing installation.

The watches in display are put on a timer to turn on the light bulb in 4,5 billion (!) years when - drumroll - the sun will burn out.

Service announcement for the jewelry lovers out there!

is having a sample sale today from 15 PM at their shop on Ahornsgade, Nørrebro.

It is the lovely , who is behind the brand. She has made a co-lab with peruvian women, who create the amazing items, which are made out of colorful small pearls.

It is social entrepreneurship at its best, and you will support the lives and independence of the women, who have hand made each item available on the shop.

Go check it out, we hear there is a line already, so every minute counts.

Now here’s a little gem, we wish we had discovered, when it was heat wave conditions outside and needed screen friendly outdoor workplaces. (Tips on how to get tanned while working on com’s are much appreciated).

Hotel is owned by the restaurant empire , which is easy to see on the interior and vibe of the place.

It seems to be a well known work place for bloggers, which is understandable as it is both content friendly and very chill.

The cuisine goes with fair prices and very standard quality for Cofoco and if you book months in advance, you can get a room for 800 ish - fair price for getting a shot of holiday vibes!

Another visit to a “office space” in the trendy Villa Copenhagen.

Villa Copenhagen is a bit more minimalistic than our previous visit at .
You have a nice big lobby where the big glass ceiling and white marble floors create a great light even on a cloudy day (is summer finally coming to an end?).

Great if you like to work from couches, not so great if this gives you back pains like some of us - (chiropractors have already made a fortune on this computer neck).

BUT fear not, you can step into the Dracula Dungeon that they call the Playroom next door. Here you get an old school chesterfield vibe, making you want to order a nice single malt for getting things done.

Bonus is we were pretty much undisturbed, as we had the whole room more or less to ourselves. Minus was the rather big distance of plugs for charging, as you couldn't charge 2 things close to each other (imagine us sitting at each end of a very long dinner table )

125dkk in total for the two of us, (including tax) which gave us unlimited coffee and water, so still a fair price for a downtown aesthetic work experience. Uh and good service as well!

We like!

The book is an outcome of five talented photographers, one of them being , and all of them working at his agency

They have explored the old school holiday island klichhé: Gran Canaria.
We promise it’s not all old men in speedos!

Recommendation for all the art lovers out there 🖼
This weekend there are two huge art events in Copenhagen.

From Friday the 26-28th you have CHART hosted at Charlottenborg, which gives you a nice mix of book readings, performances, artist talks and film premieres.

They have a huge programme, but to name a few you can meet:
📷 Photografer strombeck.lisa hosts a book signing for her book Life In Bed where she explores (surprise) life in bed (with dogs) .
📹 has asked a series of girls to re-perform an iconic Marilyn Monroe appearance in a short movie, where she examines sexuality and shame.

Enter Art Fair is more of a gallery showcase event.
From the 25th-28th you can find curated works from the galleries artists in the big halls of Tunnelfabrikken.
