We are seeking a skilled Paid Search Specialist to join Blonde Performance. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize ad performance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and a deep understanding of Google Ads best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of managing Google Ads campaigns for a brand or in an agency
- Experience with setting up tracking
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
