🎯 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: * Provide first-point-of-contact technical support for POS software, hardware, and network issues.
🚩Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose system errors, fix network connectivity, and escalate complex issues efficiently.
🚩On-site & Remote: Conduct system installations, provide user training to restaurant staff, and maintain technical support documentation.
📌 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭:
▪️Education: Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ year of technical support experience (POS experience is a plus).
▪️System Administration: Solid IT certification with foundational knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux OS (Configuration & Command Line) and SQL (Data Querying & Database Maintenance).
▪️Networking: Ability to set up and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi environments for hardware peripherals (Printers, KDS).
▪️Language: Fluency in both English and Burmese (written and verbal).
▪️Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain technical steps to non-technical users.
▪️Mindset: A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to travel for onsite support and learn new technologies.
