Full-Time B2B Sales Executive – IT Staffing | Remote
We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in IT staffing to help expand our opportunities in the U.S. market. If you have a track record of closing B2B deals and understand the difficulties of staffing services, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B sales efforts focused on IT staffing solutions for U.S.-based clients
- Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Maintain and grow client relationships through constant communication and expectation management.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- 1-3 years in the IT staffing industry
- Demonstrated success selling to U.S. SMBs
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Full time availability
Compensation:
- Monthly salary between $2,000–$3,000 USD, depending on experience
