Hello Slowballers,

It’s been a while since our last post and that’s due to the fact that we have been brainstorming a lot about Slowball and the future of it. We’ve put a lot of effort, working hours and travel distance for Slowball 2019 to happen.

Unfortunately, we decided to postpone Slowball to 2021. The decision wasn’t easy to make but was needed. We’ll use this time to reevaluate the project to make it even greater than it has already been. Slowball – Art on Wheels is a wonderful experience with amazing people like you and that is why we need to carefully plan and reinvent the whole project for 2021.

Meanwhile, we are still planning to do some exhibitions here in Tallinn this summer and… a reunion perhaps. Sounds interesting?

Hello Slowball’ers,

Yesterday, Sunday the 13th of January, we arrived safely back to our office in Tallinn. We overtook more than 2000 km and spent 28 hours on the road to make Slowball – Art on Wheels 2019 the most adventurous and exciting expedition to date. What a long weekend, full of excitement and emotions.

On the trip, we met a lot of amazing people and achieved great goals to give you the best experience on our forthcoming road trip. The help from the local people has been amazing.

But what to expect from Slowball – Art on Wheels 2019 expeditions and exhibitions?
Our journey will have the curviest and bumpiest roads with astonishing and picture-perfect scenery. We’ll be travelling through 5 countries, each with a unique landscape and culture. The four cities we’ll be staying, have different characteristics and nightlife with even more fantastic local people.
As for the exhibitions, we have surprises for you in each city. We have planned extraordinary parties, from industrial-styled venues to the full glitz and glamour. And, it’s going to be crowded, very crowded.

So bring out your luggage and swimwear. Wipe off the dust on your passports and get ready for the best five days in your life!

SLOOOOWWWBAAAALLLL!
Started yesterday on the 10th of January, Slowball Test Trip. We'll be on the road for 4 days and visit 5 countries. The answer for the last hind is Gdansk. Yes... the destination for Slowball - Art on Wheels '19 Expedition will be Gdansk, Poland. For the next one, take a good look at the picture.
Watch out for the Slowball stickers and hashtags in social media.

Hello Slowball'ers,

2019 is right around the corner and it's time to plan your vacations.
The dates are confirmed: 24th - 28th of July.
Slowball - Art on Wheels 2019 will be the most epic and legendary expedition yet.

The route is set, but we'll keep it to ourselves, for now. We will announce the exact route one by one during the next couple of months.
We'll give you some hints and you can reply to the comments section for your answer.
During the trip, we'll be visiting 5 amazing cities in 5 different countries, where some of them are magical, some of them are historical and some of them are crowded, very crowded. :D

In the summer, the Estonian-based awesome Brazilian artist Diego Sidrim made a party out of painting this old & loyal Volkswagen Golf. This car is supported by Rock Paper Scissors, an indie brewery from Kuopio, Finland. Thank you for participating in Slowball Art on Wheels 2017 season!

This summer, David Popa, the artist from New York now living in Finland, painted the old and strong Nissan Terrano at Slowbal Art on Wheels. He made the masculine car more tender and feminine. As a famous song says, "This is a man's world but it would be nothing without a woman or a girl." True ? ;)
