Motivation to lose weight
The right motivation determines the success of any business. This especially applies to the process of losing weight. But why is it not always possible to lose extra pounds? To begin with, let's define the main obstacle that prevents us from achieving what we want. By clearly seeing this mistake, we will be able to build the right strategy that will help us achieve our dream forms.
The main signs of fighting extra pounds (escape motivation):
- at the beginning, a strong desire that constantly fades;
- the results are less and less pleasing;
- growing aversion to physical activity and diets.
What is motivation for weight loss and how does it work? We see the goal. We believe that we can achieve it. We are convinced that the course of action we have chosen will help us. As a result, we have increased activity of activity hormones: adrenaline and noradrenaline. These hormones increase muscle tone (known to many as "pre-start fever"), break down fat and glycogen.
