When you work in events, you always have ambitions.
But much more rarely than people think, you also get to build the dream.
This year, our members from celebrated two things at once:
15 years of building an agency.
And being officially recognised as the #1 employer in Austria among 22,000 companies.
And honestly, these two achievements are connected more than anything else.
Because agencies are not built by awards alone.
They are built by people who stay.
People who survive the pressure, the impossible deadlines, the sleepless nights, the risks, the failures, but still decide to continue building together.
In an industry often defined by burnout and intensity, creating a company where people genuinely want to work may be the hardest achievement of all.
And the most beautiful part?
This recognition did not come from a jury.
It came from their own team.
From the people who experience the culture every single day.
At the same time, KESCH celebrated its 15th anniversary in the most KESCH way possible:
not as a formal corporate event, but as a celebration of shared history, loyalty, chaos, creativity, inside jokes, old stories, custom merch, and even a live company song.

This week at IMEX Frankfurt we spoke about something very real:
why international projects are becoming harder and why collaboration between agencies matters more than ever.
Our session, “Crossing Borders: Clients, Chaos & the New Rules of Event Delivery,” brought together speakers from very different markets and agency structures to openly discuss what actually happens behind global event delivery.
The conversation touched on trust, transparency, responsibility, local expertise, difficult client expectations, and the reality of working together across borders under pressure.
And honestly, the room response showed us one thing:
the industry is ready for more honest conversations like this.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the session, asked questions, and continued the discussion afterwards.

50 years after the original Polo, Volkswagen introduced its first fully electric ID. Polo and our partners from Project helped turn the reveal into a full brand experience.
At Palais de Tokyo in Paris, the launch unfolded across the entire day:
press reveal, creator sessions, and an evening celebration for collaborators and partners.
One of the highlights:
DJ Mosimann creating the “DreamTrack” of the ID. Polo live during the event.
