BEIC members to take the stage at Event Vision Prague

BEIC members are poised to present at the inaugural Event Vision festival, slated for 20 October 2026. Máté Molnár, Maris Altsoo, Niels Janssen, Alexandros Makris, and Martin Mathisen will share their perspectives on fostering brand culture and creating experience-driven events.

Previously part of Event Fest, the Prague-based event will now be a standalone conference, bringing together creative event professionals for an exciting day of behind-the-scenes insights.

Last year’s Event Fest welcomed over 2,500 attendees and more than 50 speakers. Our BEIC members joined an interactive panel on AI's impact on event trends. Event Vision Prague is the next step in the conference's evolution.

What is GrowHub by BEIC?

Young, emerging industry talents, creative heads, and project managers deserve a space to hone their skills, keep abreast of industry shifts, and connect with peers worldwide. This idea led to the creation of GrowHub, a singular platform where young experts can learn, connect with peers and grow together.

At our last GrowHub in icy Tallinn, 35 event experts brimming with ideas took part in a hands-on workshop, listened attentively to shrewd insights from seasoned event experts, and, most importantly, forged new bonds among international peers.

At BEIC, we always open doors for new talents ready to take a step onto the global stage.

One audience, four different needs

At one of our recent Friday Industry Club meet-ups, our members talked about tailoring content to the audience. What they unearthed was surprisingly simple: distinguishing between four main audience profiles and their needs can become the compass for designing any programme.

The rookie, the frontrunner, the know-it-all, and the ambassador - these four archetypes should never receive the same message. The rookie always needs an accessible point of entry, while the frontrunner needs clarity and direction. The know-it-all seeks credible evidence and transparency, whereas the ambassador covets material worth sharing.

Designing a programme is really about handpicking the right content for your audience.

Follow BEIC for more insights from our Friday Club.

Once a year, we bring the CEOs of our member agencies together for a working meeting built around honest conversations, shared challenges and collaboration.
In Bucharest, we talked business: how our agencies are evolving, the challenges we share, where we can collaborate across markets, and what we want BEIC to become next.

And we deliberately took those conversations beyond the traditional meeting room. Bucharest became part of the experience, from an underground metro setting to unexpected venues and an immersive encounter with Van Gogh.

Because some of the most valuable conversations between CEOs don’t happen during presentations. They happen when people have the time and space to talk openly, compare experiences and build something together.

Many thanks to Events for helping us make Bucharest our meeting room.

At BEIC.pro, bringing our members closer together means creating the right environment not only to connect — but to work, exchange and move forward together.

40 agencies, 82 offices, 47 countries

What started as a concept to connect independent European event agencies into a consortium of agencies has grown into a global alliance of 40 agencies working together across borders (and continents).

Our members operate across 82 offices and 47 countries worldwide, but they share one thing in common: they know strength lies in numbers. Aligned together under BEIC, they work collaboratively, learning from one another and advancing the events industry together.

Our circle continues to grow - could your agency be next?

What happens when an event agency can’t find the tool it needs? It builds one.
More than 10 years ago, our members at started developing Reply.live — their own platform to keep audiences involved before, during and after an event.
Live polls, personal programmes, challenges, gamification, content — all in one place.
But 10 years is a lifetime in event tech. The way we attend events, use our phones and interact with content has changed enormously.
So Daymakers are rebuilding the platform from the ground up.
Reply.live 2.0 is coming. 🚀
And we’re curious to see what event tech looks like when it’s created by people who actually produce events every day.

How much do we cost?
The global business events industry in 2025:
1.65 BILLION participants.
$1.3 TRILLION in direct spending.
$1.8 TRILLION contribution to global GDP.
24.2 MILLION jobs.
And one event alone MWC Barcelona 2026 generated around €588 MILLION for one city.
Events don’t just happen in cities.
They create business, jobs, connections and make cities economically alive.
At BEIC, we’re proud to be part of that impact: 40 leading agencies. 82 offices. 47 countries.
Pretty powerful industry. 🌍

Can inspiration be designed?
Every month, thousands of articles tell us what the next trends in our industry will be.
Far fewer ask a more interesting question:
Where do good ideas actually come from?
Can they be planned?
Can they be designed?
Or can we only create the conditions where they have a better chance of appearing?
This month's BEIC BYTE is dedicated to that question.
From projects that prove simplicity often inspires more than complexity, to conversations about AI, creativity and experience design, one idea kept coming back:
We don't design inspiration.
We design the conditions for it.
And perhaps that's becoming one of the most valuable skills in our industry.
💙 Our July edition is now available.

Can inspiration be designed?
The obvious answer would have been to organise another conference.
Instead, we did almost the opposite.
No conference halls. No exhibition centre. No packed agenda from 9 to 6.
We brought 27 creative leaders from 17 countries to the Lofoten Islands, one of the most remote and breathtaking places in Europe.
Over four days, we travelled by boat beneath sea eagles, climbed mountains, listened to musicians, met artists and local storytellers, sat around fires, walked in silence, filled notebooks with questions instead of answers, and had conversations that simply couldn't happen between coffee breaks.
The goal was never to impress people with a destination.
It was to create the conditions where ideas could appear.
Whether we actually designed inspiration is still up for debate.
But we definitely designed the space where inspiration had a chance to find us.
A huge thank you to everyone who trusted this experiment, to Julien Le Bas, Bartel Van Iseghem for shaping its intellectual heart, to our incredible local partners across Lofoten, and to Thon Hotels for believing in a format that had never been tried before.
This was only the first chapter.

Behind every investment, every partnership and every business decision, there are people.
That's why we love events that create space for real conversations.
Our partners at FM Agencija recently brought together clients, investors and business partners in Marina Portorož for an evening focused on connection, conversation and shared experiences.
No complicated concept.
Just a simple reminder that some of the best business relationships are still built in person.
🤝 Good company.
🍽 Great food.
🌅 Beautiful setting.
Sometimes that's exactly what's needed.
