“The $5 million man” didn’t present underwater photos this time... Photographer Nick Brandt submerged an entire bedroom to the bottom of the sea to show us a symbolic scene of what life could look like if sea levels rose by just one meter due to climate change. He used local residents from Fiji Island (2023) in the Pacific Ocean, not professional models.
This is just a collection of photos titled SINK / RISE—the third part of The Day May Break project, which was presented in four parts by the English photographer Nick Brandt, who is ranked among the richest photographers in the world with a fortune of $5 million.
In the previous post, another collection of photos from Part One was shared. If you like them, we can post more collections along with their behind-the-scenes making-of and how they were shot.
Truth be told, I chose a multi-million dollar hook at the beginning of the post solely to grab attention and bring the follower all the way here, so we can see how sophisticated the art of photography truly is and how far removed it is from the stereotypical view surrounding us.
But don’t let Nick Brandt’s photos make you forget to check out our Instagram page and our partnership with a lot of our clients .
