انتقادات الاعلانات ممكن تؤثر علي ال creativity
و تخلي ال creative people يفكروا الف مرة قبل ما يعملوا أفكار بعيدة عن المتوقع تماما و مفاجئة وعشان كدة أنا بفكر اكتر من مرة قبل ما اكتب علي إعلانات رمضان.
اكتر حاجة عجبتني لغاية دلوقتي ؛ العربي ، معاك وليا الشرف و highlighting أنهم بقالهم ٦٠ سنة بيسعدوا الناس و في nostalgic element جميل لجيلي و الأجيال اللي قبلي.
إعلانات البنوك عموما ضعيفة جدا ، و إعلانات المنتجات المصرية بتهدم الاقتصاد المصري ، دعم الاقتصاد مش شرط عن طريق انك تشجع المنتج المحلي ،خصوصا في الظروف الحالية و المقاطعة و تشجيع المنتج المحلي هيبقي مفهوم ضمنيا انه علي حساب المنتج اللي مش محلي ، الأفضل في تقديري الشخصي الأفضل هو تشجيع ال SME’s زي اللي عملته American Express في حملة شهيرة جدا اسمها Shop Small.

اليوم ينطلق معرض الكتاب الأكبر و الأعرق و الاهم في منطقتنا وواحد من اهم المعارض العالمية
زوار معرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب في حدود ٤ الي ٥ مليون زائر سنويا وهو رقم يشير الي ان القراءة لازالت احد العادات المفضلة عند المصريين ؛ تقريبا ٥٪؜ من اهل بلدنا بيزوروا المعرض و معظمهم شباب او عائلات.
ان شاء الله حدث مميز وقوي و احتفال واحتفاء بالأدب و الثقافة و الفنون و مناسبة لعرض كيف كانت و لا تزال القاهرة هي عاصمة الثقافة في منطقتنا وقبلة جمهور الكتاب و الفنون من كل نقطة في مصر والعالم
و بالمناسبة ؛ النرويج ضيف الشرف هذا العام دولة لها خصوصية ثقافية و علاقات سياسية و استراتيجية عميقة و مثال علي ذلك مكتبة الإسكندرية التي صممها المكتب النرويجي Snøhetta

🌟 يكشف كتاب آدم جرانت إلهام جدا 'القدرة الخفية' اسرار جديدة حول العلاقة بين المهارات الشخصية و النجاح! في ثمانينيات القرن الماضي، بدأت دراسة تعليمية في تينيسي - الولايات المتحدة ، و ضمت 79 مدرسة و 11,000 طالب لدراسة اثر كثافة او أحجام الفصول الدراسية علي الدراسة . ولكن بعد ثلاثة عقود، قلب الاقتصادي راج شيتي المفاهيم السائدة رأسا علي عقب . حيث أظهر تحليله أن النجاح للأفراد البالغين ليس ناتجا عن كونك جيدًا في القراءة أو الرياضيات كطفل. إنه يتعلق بالشخصية - والمهارات مثل الشخصية و الاجتماعية مثل المبادرة و الانطباط والقدوة علي الإنجاز في وقت محدد.

Leading with Purpose by Doug Conant is the best and the most constructive leadership theory.
Leadership requires courage, intuition, authenticity, and empathy.
Skills matter, but it is not the most critical construct of your leadership style.
Great leaders can link nodes of different knowledge, science, experience, and context.
Great leaders do not appreciate compliments.
Great leaders are first to be beside you when needed most.
Great leaders follow an ethical compass even when it is difficult to see the right direction.
