Marketing4U is hiring a full-time account manager.
Responsibilities:
1- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
2- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s projects.
3- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
5- Follow up with clients on daily basis to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of experience as account manager
- Excellent communication and time management skills

1- إدارة ملفات العملاء ومراقبة الأنشطة الجارية المتعلقة بها.
2- إدارة ومراجعة الملفات وإنجاز مشاريع العميل.
3- عقد اجتماعات مع العملاء وإطلاعهم على حالة العمل الحالية لمشاريعهم.
5- المتابعة مع العملاء على أساس يومي لضمان رضا العميل.
متطلبات العمل
- خبرة تزيد عن سنتين كمدير حسابات تواصل اجتماعي
- مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال وإدارة الوقت
