Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, your role will involve managing and maintaining our online platforms, optimizing product listings, coordinating customer orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. This is an on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms and tools
Experience in sales, preferably in an Ecommerce environment
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of industrial gases and related products is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
