Add one repetition at each minute

8 minute EMOM
Hand Stand Pushups (Starting with 4)
Squats (Starting with 20)
Burpees (Start with 10)
Pullups (Start with 6)

Your Score is how many total repetitions finished in time.

Make sure you keep good form! If you start to sag in the pushups, it's best to go to your knees and focus on keeping your core tight.

AFAP (As Fast As Possible)
Lift 10,000lbs by 1 Rep Deadlift, 1 Rep Clean, 1 Rep Push Jerk, 1 Rep Back Squat.
Continue lifting in this order at one rep attempts, until you have lifted a total of 10,000lbs.
You can load the bar as heavy or as light as you want, but you can only use one bar.
