ال medical rep : هو شخص وظيفته إقناع الطبيب بكتابة أدوية ومنتجات شركته للمريض، عشان يحقق أكبر عدد من الزبائن، عن طريق زيارات مباشرة ودوريه سواء للعملاء القدام أو يجذب عملاء جداد (أطباء)؛ وعشان يعمل كده لازم يكون عارف كل المعلومات الخاصة بمنتجات شركته سواء تركيبة الدواء أو آثاره الجانبية وطريقة وكمية الجرعات وغيرها📝

هو شخص بيجمع المعلومات ويوثق آراء الزبائن، من خلال طرق كتير ذكرناها قبل كده، بعد كده الشركات بتجمع الآراء دي عشان تاخد قرارات تجاه الفئات المستهدفة أو لتحسين المنتجات أو تحسين خدمة العملاء 🧐

في صفات مشتركة بين الشخصين وهي :

_ اللباقة والقدرة على التوضيح والشرح باللغة المناسبة.

_ يكون عنده مهارة الإقناع.

_ يعرف يكون علاقات كويسة مع الناس خصوصا الصيادلة والأطباء .

_ يهتم بمظهره جدا سواء هيلبس فورمال أو سيمي فورمال🤵

عندنا نوعين من الداتا ال بنجمعها :

داتا أولية : بيانات أساسية بيجمعها صاحب المنتج بنفسه أو بيستعين بشركة أبحاث السوق لتجميع الداتا وممكن تكون داتا رقمية وإحصائية أو غير رقمية.

داتا ثانوية : معلومات موجودة على مواقع النت أو ف المجلات والأبحاث والصحف ال اتعملت من فترة بناخد الداتا دى نحللها تانى ونستخدمها .

عندنا 4 طرق لتجميع الداتا :

1. Survey : أسئلة بنسألها للعملاء عشان نفهم تفكيرهم تجاه المنتج، مميزاته، عيوبه، التجربة التي مروا بيها خلال تجربتهم للمنتج عن طريق مكالمة أو مقابلة أو استطلاع رأى على النت 📝

2. focus group : بنجمع أشخاص عندهم خصائص مشتركة عشان نعرف تفكيرهم تجاه منتج أو حاجه معينة، بتتكون من
٦ل١٠ أشخاص مع وسيط بيسأل أسئلة ويناقشوها وممكن
تكون عن بعد على الإنترنت

3. (observation) : الباحث بيجمع داتا عن طريق إنه بيراقب تفاعل الناس مع منتج معين ورد فعلهم عليه من كل الإتجاهات 🧐

4. (In-depth interview ) : وبتعتمد الطريقة دى على قدرة وخبرة الباحث ال بيطرح الأسئلة علي العميل عشان ياخد منه معلومات معينة.
