Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to manage client accounts, lead content strategy, and ensure high-performing social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong communication skills and experience in managing multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and act as the main point of contact
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
• Create monthly content plans, calendars, and campaign ideas
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver content
• Monitor performance and prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Track trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep content relevant
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Oversee campaign ex*****on including launches, offers, and activations

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with content planning tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
• Basic understanding of paid ads and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to details
