We're looking for a "Business Development Manager"

This role means supporting Business Development leadership and driving the day-to-day aspects of our operation as we manage new business pursuits from initial client conversations to final scope of work negotiations.

The ideal candidate has a creative agency pedigree in a new business or account management capacity.

Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the agency expand
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years working experience in an advertising agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client-service orientation and ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues
- Proven knowledge and ex*****on of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Up to date with advertising trends locally and globally
