Be part of our creative team and share with us the booming..

Job Duties

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
•Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
•Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
•Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities and collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth.
•Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in business administration or mass communication
•Social media buying experience and knowledge is a must.
•from 3 to 5 years of experience in similar agencies
•Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Planning & time management skills

Fairground is Looking for young talented, enthusiastic and professional characters to join the team.

Job Description:

• Ensures staff is providing at-need clients with all services and products available.
• Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction
• Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value
• Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation
• Build effective networks across business areas
• Partner with technical and sales teams
• Daily reviews of prior day’s results and appointments to provide recommendations on issues.
• Assign all Business Service employees on a regular or rotating basis, ensuring coverage at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must hold any Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Must hold a driving license & car.
• Income: fixed monthly salary plus an attractive commission plans
• Working hours (8) / day (5 days a week)
