When you reach a certain level and truly earn your place, you find yourself among people who have worked many more years, than you did, to get there.

From the outside, it may look like you took a shortcut. It is not. It is alignment, hard work, timing, pressure, and persistence meeting at once.
The challenge begins here.

Surrounded by experienced people, it’s natural to compare yourself, to feel you should slow down or act like them.

But they are at a different stage.
You are still writing your book, while they are closing their chapter.

That place may be their top, but it is not yours.
Feeling like an imposter is natural but false. You are not an imposter. You are simply early. is on your side.

When your hair starts turning white in your thirties because you work while others rest, the rules change.

You cannot move slowly. You MUST keep pushing forward.

And as hard work becomes routine, you must pause sometimes, recalibrate, and remember exactly what you are working toward.

Everyone has a plan.
The key is to ensure your path aligns with your purpose, your goals, and your vision.

Focus, commitment, and clarity are your tools.
You do not need to prove anything to anyone.

Nothing in life is guaranteed. Everything comes through effort, persistence, and value creation.

You may wonder why this was written in English.
You can use Google Translate if needed, and it may help you fully absorb the message.

This is reality, challenging, fair, and motivating.
You deserve nothing if you do nothing.
But when you act with intention, when you stop shrinking, when you focus fully on your goals

This is no longer ambition..
This is momentum..
And momentum does not wait, it moves forward relentlessly

mybayer will change to a new whole word, different name, identity and goals.

From Medical Rep Society (M.R.S), TO mybayer and finally to... we shall all find out

Thank you all.
