لحسن الحظ أننا لا نملك سوى حليم أبو سيف واحد .. هتقولي ليه كدة ده حليم جنتل وباشا وابن بلد .. انا هقولك :
بعيداً عن رمزية الاسم المرتبط بشارع يسكنه الرؤساء( ش حليم ابوسيف ) نحن أمام شخصية لا تمارس مهنة العلاقات العامة. بل عاشقة لفن العلاقات العامة (PR) بامتياز. بالمناسبة ش حليم ابوسيف كان عنوان الرئيس مبارك الله يرحمه

المهم ​من المتعارف عليه أن أهداف علم العلاقات العامة تنصب على تحسين الصورة الذهنية للكيانات أمام الجمهور المستهدف ،
لكن 'الباشا' بمدرسته الخاصة لم يكتفِ بتعزيز وتثمين وتهشيق القيمة السوقية للعلامات التجارية فحسب، بل استطاع من خلال أدواته الإعلامية المبتكرة أن يساهم بشكل مباشر في دفع عجلة المبيعات. من خلال تجارب قيادة قاسية تعكس القدرات الخاصة التي تتمتع بها السيارة
