We're Hiring | Media Buyer
Hive Studio is looking for a Media Buyer to join our digital marketing team and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget optimization to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Media Buying (agency experience is a plus).
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and X Ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a
fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work on site from our office.
