You know , when I used to work for the old firm , there was someone responsible for everything . There was the business manager who was responsible for billing the clients , getting the money in , and handing out the paychecks . The marketing guy sold the firm ' s experience and brought in the new work . The eldest partner was the patriarch of the firm . His stature as figurehead gave all of us confidence in our abilities to perform . Now I am all alone , and I have to do all of those things . And you know what ? It sure is lonely at the top ! I can ' t turn to any one else but myself for all the decisions . The buck stops all the time with me . On one hand , it is really scary , and on the other , I wouldn't' t have it any other way because I know that I can handle it , and I know that I will get the job done because I believe in myself .
Making the decision to start your own firm can be one of the easiest or one of the most difficult choices you will make in a lifetime . For some of us the decision is made by others , or by opportunities that present themselves . For others , it is strictly a personal choice : They simply " jump out of the airplane " and try a start - up , hoping their parachutes will open .
Based on My background as Architect for 12 years I was assigned to build ,To build a human is the right way to build a community , that is the absolute way to built civilization. In the next future years i am aiming to strongly mention for the importance of the meaning of quality not only quality in designs or constructions but the quality in every field or any single task I am building my career and created my project Archtonica Academy (Design Yourself ) to help every one not only to get a better career path but to built a successful mindset , to built a better community , to built a real human life for everyone .
