Three SEO mistakes we keep seeing from MENA businesses:
1. Running the same content across dialects and calling it "Arabic SEO." Cairo isn't Riyadh isn't Beirut — search intent shifts by region.
2. Treating RTL as a design afterthought instead of a UX decision that affects how people actually scan a page.
3. Translating English keywords literally instead of researching what people actually type in Arabic.
None of these are hard to fix. Most just get overlooked because "we have an Arabic version" feels like enough.
