We are looking for a Part-Time Art Director to lead and develop our Design Team, improve creative performance, and ensure high-quality visual output.
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor the design team.
Review and enhance design quality and creative direction.
Provide feedback, guidance, and creative solutions.
Develop design processes and improve team performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
Work Setup:
Part-time role.
1 day per week from the office, remaining days remotely.
