Actually, I'm working to get the leads by 3 different ways:
1-Through facebook.
As i can get anyone has an account on facebook world wide.
2-Through Telecommunication.
That i can get anyone has a sim-card from any telecom operator in any Country.
3-Through GPS.
By the coordinates, Region, City, Country i can get people with this particular inputs.
And from those aspects i start to work on your targeted audience to get the leads as per your request; and the leads will be generated within two options:
1-Excel sheet
Contains these info (Name, facebook link, language of facebook that use, Gender, Religion, Mobile, Email, DOB, Relationship status, IOS/Android, Home town, location, recent locations on GPS)
2-What's app. campaign.
That i can send from your mobile to the prospects mentioning their names up-to 5K messages per day per mobile.
NB:
The traditional way of approaching the prospects via cold calls, that not effective with such of people in Class A & A+, but if those kind of people get a message on What's app. mentioned his/her name; definitely they will open it to check out who's this..so at that time you delivered your content.

For Ex:
You can see there's a Competitor X, or Developer X that they have a project, you see that people whom engaging on their page on facebook are relevant and it seems this's your targeted audience and might be interested in your project.

-People in Egypt that owned (Mercedes, BMW, Jeep, AUDI, Harley-Davidson, etc.)
-People by title (CEO, COO, CFO, Chairman, Founder, MD, GM, Board member, Director, etc.)
-People by age, even you can get by birthday; that means you can get all the people whom older than 30 and their birthday is 22nd October, that you can offer a dedicated offer for whom having a birthday on date and so on.
-People by city and area that can be done with the map as well. ( Ex: Mansoura, and the nearby (Talkha, Nabaroo, Mashaya, Domiat, Ras-Albar, etc.)
-Identifying whom owned IPhone either android.
-Identifying people by Relationship status.(Married, Engaged, Single, etc.)
-GPS locations like (Hotels, Cafes/Restaurants , Resorts, Airports, Clubs, Compounds, etc.)
Ex: (lemon tree Katameya heights, Club house Marassi, Dusit Thani lakeview, Kempiniski royal maxim, JW Marriott, The Nile Ritz-Carlton, etc.)
At the end of the day i can do a marketing tool for any project belongs to any developer World wide not Egypt only!
