🔖 مهرجان SITFY Hungary يطلق استمارة المشاركة بدورته الأولى
بالتعاون مع الهيئة الدولية للمسرح ITI في المجر تنطلق الدورة الأولى من مهرجان SITFY Hungary
يطلق مهرجان SITFY Hungary، برئاسة الفنان والمخرج مازن الغرباوي رئيس مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي، استمارة المشاركة في دورته الأولى، والذي يقام خلال الفترة من من 8 ل 12 يونيو المقبل في مدينة بوداورس بالمجر، وهو أحد فروع مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة الفريدة ثمرة جهود الفنان والمخرج مازن الغرباوي، مؤسس ورئيس مهرجانات SITFY حول العالم، وتعاونه المثمر مع الهيئة الدولية للمسرح ITI في المجر برئاسة ادم بيرزينسكي.
وجاءت شروط المسابقة كالتالي أن يكون عدد (6) أفراد للمشاركين في مسابقة الديودراما، (4) أفراد للمشاركين في مسابقة المونودراما مع تحمل إدارة المهرجان تكاليف النقل الداخلي في مدينة بوداورس وكذلك توفير الفضاء المسرحي للعروض المشاركة، تتحمل الدول المشاركة تكاليف السفر وشحن الديكورات من وإلى مدينة بوداورس. ويجب أن تقدم الفرقة ملفا يضم السيرة الذاتية للعرض مدعوما بملف إعلامي كامل والنص المسرحي في ملف ورد منفصل وكذلك ملف تقني كامل موضحا أبعاد المسرح أو الفضاء المطلوب للعرض مع العلم أنه يشترط فك وتركيب تجهيزات الفضاء المسرحي المقترح للعرض في مدة زمنية لا تتجاوز الساعتين.
وأيضا لا تزيد مدة العرض عن ساعة و نصف كحد أقصى لزمن العرض، ويجب أن يتم العرض بناءا على الفضاء المسرحي الذي تحدده إدارة المهرجان ويعرض العرض مرة واحدة فقط صباحا أو مساءا حسب تنسيق وتنظيم إدارة المهرجان، وأن يكون العرض مناسبا لطبيعة الفكر والثقافة الإنسانية في جميع أنحاء العالم، ومن حق إدارة المهرجان تسجيل كافة العروض المسرحية والندوات صوتيا ومرئيا واستغلالها حسب رؤية المهرجان، ويشترط توفير ترجمة ضوئية بالإنجليزية و يفضل تكون مصاحبة للعرض من قبل الفرقة المشاركة يتم إرسالها في موعد أقصاه 01 أبريل 2026.
وضرورة التزام الفرق الراغبة بالمشاركة بتعبئة هذا النموذج وإدراج روابط المسرحية المسجلة، ولن يقبل أي عمل مسرحي دون مشاهدته من قبل إدارة المهرجان كاملا لضمان خضوعه للجنة المشاهدة والترشح للمشاركة في مسابقة المهرجان الرسمية.
يحق لإدارة المهرجان رفض مشاركة أي عرض لا يتناسب مع طبيعة المهرجان دون إبداء الأسباب، في حالة الاعتذار عن المشاركة تتعرض الفرقة المعتذرة لغرامة مالية تحددها إدارة المهرجان مع الحرمان من المشاركة ضمن فعاليات المهرجان لدورة أو لدورتين وفق رؤية وسياسة المهرجان، وفي حالة تغيير العرض أو اعتراض الفرقة المشاركة على الفضاء المقترح للعرض تتعرض الفرقة للغرامة المالية وإلغاء العرض مع الحرمان من المشاركة ضمن فعاليات المهرجان لدورة أو لدورتين وفق رؤية وسياسة المهرجان، وتلتزم إدارة المهرجان بإبلاغ الفرق التي وقع عليها الاختيار فقط، وإدارة المهرجان غير مسئولة عن استخراج تأشيرات الدخول إلى الأراضي المجرية، وإدارة المهرجان غير مسئولة عن نقل الفرق – ذهابا وإيابا - أو شحن الديكورات إلى مدينة بوداورس، وتلتزم الفرق المشاركة والتي وقع عليها الاختيار بإرسال تذاكر الطيران في موعد أقصاه 15 أبريل 2026، وتلتزم الفرق المشاركة والتي وقع عليها الاختيار بقوائم الأشخاص المشاركين التي تم إرسالها للمهرجان واعتمادها ولابد من إبلاغ إدارة المهرجان حال وقوع تغيير بوقت كاف، وفي حال تغيير بعض مواعيد المغادرة لبعض أفراد الفريق لابد من إخطار إدارة المهرجان بذلك قبل 72 ساعة من تاريخ المغادرة، مع الاخذ في الاعتبار أن لا تعتبر هذه الاستمارة بطاقة دعوة للمهرجان وإنما استمارة معلومات عن العروض وطلبا للمشاركة، وآخر موعد لقبول طلبات المشاركة 15 مارس 2026، وللاستفسارات يمكنكم التواصل على البريد الإلكتروني [email protected]

SITFY Hungary Festival Launches Open Call 🔖 Application Form for Its First Edition
In collaboration with the International Theatre Institute ITI in Hungary, the first edition of SITFY Hungary Festival is launched
SITFY Hungary Festival, under the presidency of artist and director Mazen El Gharabawy, Founder & president of SITFY Festivals around the world, launches the application form for its first edition, which will be held from June 8 to 12 in the city of Budaörs, Hungary. This is one of the branches of Sharm El-Sheikh International Festival for Youth Theatre.
This unique initiative comes as a result of the efforts of artist and director Mazen El Gharabawy, founder and president of Sharm El-Sheikh International Festival for Youth Theatre, and his fruitful cooperation with the International Theatre Institute ITI in Hungary under the presidency of Berzsenyi Bellaagh Ádám.
The competition conditions are as follows:
(6) members maximum for participants in the duodrama competition, (4) members maximum for participants in the monodrama competition, with festival management covering the costs of internal transportation in Budaörs city as well as providing theatrical space for participating performances.
Participating countries bear the costs of travel and shipping scenery to and from Budaörs city.
The troupe must submit a file including the performance biography supported by a complete media file and the theatrical script in a separate Word file, as well as a complete technical file specifying the dimensions of the theatre or space required for the performance, noting that assembly and disassembly of the proposed theatrical space equipment must not exceed two hours.
Performance duration should not exceed one and a half hours maximum.
The performance must be presented based on the theatrical space determined by festival management, and the performance will be shown only once, either in the morning or evening, according to festival management's coordination and organization.
The performance must be appropriate to the nature of human thought and culture worldwide.
Festival management has the right to record all theatrical performances and seminars audio-visually and exploit them according to the festival's vision.
English subtitles must be provided (preferably accompanying the performance by the participating troupe) and must be sent no later than April 1, 2026.
Teams wishing to participate must fill out this form and include links to the recorded play. No theatrical work will be accepted without being viewed in full by festival management to ensure it is subject to the viewing committee and eligible for participation in the official festival competition.
Festival management has the right to reject the participation of any performance that does not suit the nature of the festival without providing reasons.
In case of withdrawal from participation, the withdrawing troupe will be subject to a financial penalty determined by festival management, along with being banned from participating in festival activities for one or two editions according to the festival's vision and policy.
In case of changing the performance or the participating troupe's objection to the proposed space for the performance, the troupe will be subject to a financial penalty and performance cancellation, along with being banned from participating in festival activities for one or two editions according to the festival's vision and policy.
Festival management commits to informing only the selected troupes.
Festival management is not responsible for obtaining entry visas to Hungarian territory.
Festival management is not responsible for transporting troupes – to and from – or shipping scenery to Budaörs city.
Selected participating troupes must send flight tickets no later than April 15, 2026.
Selected participating troupes must adhere to the lists of participating persons sent to the festival and approved, and must inform festival management in case of any changes with sufficient time.
In case of changes to some team members' departure dates, festival management must be notified 72 hours before the departure date.
This form should not be considered an invitation card to the festival, but rather an information form about the performances and a request for participation.
The deadline for accepting participation applications is March 15, 2026.

It is worth noting that SITFY Hungary Festival, one of the branches of Sharm El-Sheikh International Festival for Youth Theatre, is currently preparing to launch its first edition next June, in cooperation with the International Theatre Institute in Hungary, the Municipality of Budaörs, and Budaörs Latinovits Theatre, coinciding with festival management's preparations to launch the eleventh edition next November under the management of Dr. Engy El-Bestawy and the honorary presidency of the great star Elham Shahin. This edition will bear the name of the great artist Soheir El-Morshedy in tribute to her rich artistic career. The festival's higher committee is chaired by producer Hesham Soliman
Elindul a SITFY Magyarország Fesztivál – nyílt 🔖 pályázati felhívás
A Nemzetközi Színházi Intézet (ITI) magyarországi szervezetével együttműködésben elindul a
SITFY Magyarország Fesztivál első kiadása. A fesztivál nyílt pályázati felhívást hirdet egy- illetve
kétszereplős előadások számára.
A fesztivál elnöke Mazen El Gharabawy művész és rendező, a Sharm El-Sheikh Nemzetközi
Ifjúsági Színházi Fesztivál elnöke. A SITFY Magyarország Fesztivál első alkalommal kerül
megrendezésre 2026. június 8–12. között Budaörsön, Magyarországon, a Sharm El-Sheikh
Nemzetközi Ifjúsági Színházi Fesztivál egyik hivatalos ágaként.
Az egyedülálló kezdeményezés Mazen El Gharabawy alapító-elnök szakmai munkájának,
valamint a Nemzetközi Színházi Intézet (ITI) magyarországi szervezetével megvalósuló sikeres
együttműködésnek az eredménye.
Pályázati feltételek
A duodráma versenyprogramban legfeljebb hat előadás, a monodráma versenyben legfeljebb négy
előadás vehet részt.
A jelentkezőknek be kell nyújtaniuk:
● az előadás leírását,
● az előadásról készült fotókat és teljes videót
● az előadás szövegkönyvét külön Word-fájlban,
● valamint részletes technikai dokumentációt.
A díszlet össze- és szétszerelése nem haladhatja meg a két órát. Az előadás maximális időtartama
120 perc.
Az előadások a fesztivál vezetősége által kijelölt térben, egyetlen alkalommal, délelőtti vagy esti
időpontban kerülnek bemutatásra, a szervezők beosztása szerint.
Szerzői és technikai feltételek
A fesztivál vezetősége jogosult az előadásokat és a kísérőprogramokat hang- és képfelvételen
rögzíteni, valamint azokat a fesztivál szellemiségének megfelelően felhasználni.
A jelentkezéshez az erre szolgáló űrlap kitöltése szükséges, valamint az előadás felvételére mutató
linkek csatolása. Egyetlen előadás sem fogadható el anélkül, hogy a fesztivál vezetősége azt teljes
egészében megtekintette és jóváhagyta volna a hivatalos versenyprogramba való bekerülést.
A szervezők fenntartják a jogot, hogy indoklás nélkül elutasítsák azokat az előadásokat, amelyek
nem illeszkednek a fesztivál jellegéhez. Visszalépés vagy az előadás módosítása esetén
pénzbírság, az előadás törlése, valamint egy vagy két fesztiválkiadásra szóló kizárás alkalmazható.
A fesztivál vezetősége kizárólag a kiválasztott társulatokat értesíti. A fesztivál nem felelős a
beutazási vízumok beszerzéséért, illetve az utazás és a díszletek szállításának költségeiért.
