We’re hiring a Social Media Account Manager. 👀
Before you scroll, read this. We promise it’s not another “join our family 🚀✨” post.

Here’s the deal:
Glint is looking for someone with 2–4 years in social media/account management to own a roster of client accounts.
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal creative, content, and media teams, translating briefs, keeping campaigns on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll spend your days:
•        Managing client relationships (calls, updates, the occasional “can we change everything by tomorrow?”)
•        Coordinating campaign delivery across creative and media teams
•        Building and presenting performance reports that clients actually understand
•        Keeping the chaos organized (this is 70% of the job, we won’t lie)

You’re probably right for this if:
•        You’ve managed multiple accounts before and didn’t lose your mind
•        You can write a clear email faster than a confusing one
•        You actually enjoy clients (yes, they exist, people who enjoy clients)
•        You’re based in or near New Cairo

You’re probably NOT right for this if:
•        You want a 9-to-5 with zero surprises
•        You think “account manager” means just forwarding emails
•        You ghost your messages. “Too Much Unread On WhatsApp” Check it First

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our marketing agency and help us grow by finding opportunities, pitching smart marketing solutions, and closing deals.

What you’ll be doing:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads
• Pitch and present marketing services to potential clients
• Understand and communicate all marketing tools and services we offer
• Negotiate with clients and close deals
• Build long term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
What we’re looking for:
