GDS (Xerox Partner) is hiring an Admin & Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
Handling inquiries and sorting mail.
Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitoring office supplies and handling procurement.
Keeping the reception and office areas organized.
Coordinating job interviews and contacting candidates as needed.
Responding to employees’ inquiries about benefits (e.g., vacation days).
Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good command of English.
Salary range: 8,000 – 15,000 EGP
